Yoshichika INOUE

Mr. Inoue earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Nagoya University. He has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 1992 and a member of A.I.P.P.I. He spent two years in Mountain View, CA, U.S.A., working with the US intellectual property law firm Beyer Weaver & Thomas prior to joining Meisei Int'l Patent Firm.
Mr. Inoue has a broad range of experience in Domestic and International Intellectual property matters, including patent drafting and prosecution, expert opinions and trade mark prosecution. Representative technologies handled by Mr. Inoue in patent matters include automobile related technologies, computer software, semiconductor technologies, image processing and mechanical equipments.

Kenichi HORI

Mr. Hori has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since February 1999. His main technical fields in patent practice includes inkjet printers, image processing, internal combustion engines, and fuel cell systems. He graduated from Kyoto University, and earned a master degree in Precision Engineering in 1993. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hori worked for Nippon Steel Corporation as an engineer for tandem cold mill system. Mr. Hori worked as a trainee at Oliff & Berridge, PLC from July to December, 2003 to learn patent practice in the United States. Representative technologies handled by Mr. Hori in patent matters include robotics, printer, image processing, fuel cell and semiconductor product manufacturing technologies.

Mr. Inoue has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 2006. He graduated from University of Tsukuba, majored in Engineering Sciences. His technical fields in patent practice include image processing, information technology and fuel cell systems. Before joining our firm, He worked in LCD Development Division and Intellectual Property Division of a computer peripherals company.

Shigehisa KOMATSU

Mr.Komatsu has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since April 2009. He graduated from Nagoya University, majored in Physics.His technical fields in patent practice include image processing, information technology, and fuell cell system. Before joining our firm, He worked for NTT Co., Ltd. as a reserch engineer/maintenance engineer on transmission facilities.

Mr. Mase has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 2007. He is a graduate of Osaka University, majored, and earned a master degree in Department of Material Engineering. His technical fields in patent practice include image processing and machine tools. Before joining our firm, Mr. Mase worked for Ebara Corporation as a staff member of Intellectual Property Dept.

Takashi SHIMOIDE

Mr. Shimoide has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 1988. He is a graduate of Tohoku University, majored in Electronics. His technical fields in patent practice include electronic circuitry, data processing, automotive engineering, and control engineering. Before beginning his career in the patent and trademark field, Mr. Shimoide was engaged in designing data loggers and process control computers for plants. He is well versed in everything of the computer hardware from elements to system designing, and to firmwares.

Takao IGARASHI

Mr. Igarashi has been a member of the Japanese Patent Attorneys Association since 1988. He graduated from Tokyo University, and earned a master degree in Nuclear Engineering in 1979. His technical fields in patent practice includes image processing, electronic circuits, and semi-conductors.
Before beginning his career in the patent and trademark field, Mr, Igarashi worked for Hitachi Ltd. as an engineer of nuclear and thermal-hydraulic design of nuclear power plants. He had participated in development work of Advanced Boiling Water Reactor in General Electric, San Jose, from 1982 to 1983.

Yohei NOZAKI

Mr. Nozaki has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since April, 2017. He graduated from Aichi University of Education, with major in Physics.
Before joining our firm, Mr. Nozaki was engaged in structural design of automobile and aircraft. His technical fields in patent practice include automobile, aircraft, 3D printer and fuel cell.

Rina KOJIMA

Mrs. Kojima has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 2020. She graduated from Ibaraki University, majored in organic chemistry. She also received a master's degree from Nagoya City University Graduate School. Before joining our firm, Mrs. Kojima was engaged in technical cleaning of precision equipment and quality assurance of sterilization equipment.Her technical fields in patent practice include organic chemistry.

Atsushi MIYAZAKI

Mr. Miyazaki has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since 2021.He graduated from Tohoku University, majored in Agriculture in 2019.Before joining our firm, Mr. Miyazaki worked for a patent office as a patent engineer.His technical field in patent practice includes food science. biotechnology, chemistry, food science, and fuel cells.

Shunichi TAKAHASHI

Mr. Takahashi has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since April, 2019. He graduated from Nagoya Institute of Technology, and earned a master degree in Frontier Materials. Before joining our firm, Mr. Takahashi was engaged in school administration as a local civil servant and research and development of automotive catalysts. His technical fields in patent practice include inorganic materials, 3D printers, and fuel cell systems.

Kasori NOSHITA

Mrs.Noshita has been a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association since June 2022.She graduated from Tohoku University, and earned a master degree in material chemistry. Her technical fields in patent practice include inorganic chemistry, semiconductor technology, electronic circuitry, and print device. Before beginning her career in the patent field, she was working on the design of electronic circuits for organic EL displays.
